We are thrilled to share a look into our CSR visits in Mumbai and Pune. The Computer and Science Laboratories—established through Etraveli Group’s support under Project Vidya Daan—are officially buzzing with energy!
From the Primary to the Secondary sections, these spaces have become vibrant hubs for scientific inquiry, digital skill development, and hands-on learning. Every day, students are stepping out of the textbook and into practical discovery.

During Pride Month our offices across the globe synced up for our breakfast/lunch activations and interactive quiz. Across continents, the room was filled with wonderful conversations, plenty of laughs, and some incredible food for thought.Because at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter where you come from or which office you log in from. Once you step into Etraveli Group, it’s the ETG Way: a shared commitment to creating an inclusive space where every individual can bring their authentic selves to work.

From 20 people in Gothenburg to nearly 400 tech brilliant minds globally—our yearly tech gatherings might look a bit different now, but the vibe remains unmatched! 
While we scale globally, our site-specific conferences allow us to dive deep into local tech needs. This year in Gothenburg, the spotlight was entirely on AI, togetherness, and collaboration. 
We wrapped up the day with the Gothenburg Challenge—solving riddles across the city—followed by dinner, drinks in the sun, and dancefloor beats courtesy of DJ Juliana Postal!

In May we participated in an incredible side event at PANATHĒNEA 2026, where our members of our Athens tech team joined forces with Agile Coaching Greece to host an interactive workshop on creative problem-solving through play.
Contributing to a festival of 10,000 innovators perfectly mirrors our growth, forward-driven, and diverse mindset, proving that when diverse minds collaborate, challenges turn into inspiration. Thank you to everyone who joined us to build the future, one brick at a time! 
Every great company has a heartbeat. At Etraveli Group, that heartbeat is our values. They aren’t corporate text painted onto office walls; they are the invisible engine behind how we work, collaborate, and win in the market. In fact, our recent engagement survey proved exactly that, with a fantastic 85% of our colleagues affirming that they live these values every single day. But more than anything, our culture is defined by our people, which is why we gathered our 2025 Value Awards Ambassadors in person for an unforgettable 2-day event in Stockholm.
This brilliantly diverse group from all over the globe stepped off planes and immediately turned a room of individual role models into a tightly knit community. They spent two fast-paced days completely immersed in celebration, discovery, and connection. From exploring the historic landmarks of Stockholm and unboxing their special Ambassador goodie bags, to sharing stories over a traditional Swedish fika with kanelbullar, the energy was impressive. They came together as colleagues from different corners of the world, but by the end of the first evening, they were laughing, sharing insights, and having fun – the start of friendship!
The highlight for many wasn’t just the sights of the city, but the rare opportunity to sit down in exclusive, 1on1 sessions with the wider CXO team. In a casual, open environment, the Ambassadors had a seat at the table with our executive leaders, engaging in honest, inspiring dialogues about where we are heading and what it truly means to lead by example.
This year we honored the day with a strong message coming from women of Etraveli Group.
As women across India, Greece, and Sweden, we represent different cultures, backgrounds, and roles. But when we step into the office at Etraveli Group, we Fly in Formation.

In a travel tech company, the industry moves as fast as a flight connection. Hackathons aren’t just about coding; they are a strategic tool to keep the company up to speed by experimenting with bold ideas that bypass traditional roadmaps, transforming “what if” concepts into tangible prototypes.
In this Hackathon, powered by Google, our tech teams across Sweden, Greece, India, Uruguay and UK devoted 48-hour work under the topic of AI, fostering among others a unified culture of collaborative innovation.
Out of several impressive ideas and teams competing, the winning solution of the 2nd Hackathon of 2025 was selected for its potential to bring a unified intelligence layer across ETG.

What a Day!
Ideas took center stage as teams came together to explore AI projects, develop innovative solutions, and present their work, all in just one day.
We saw curiosity in action, bold thinking, and plenty of laughter as colleagues supported one another and embraced new challenges.

As stated by one of the participants, “Imagine saving 5 hours of work every week just from what you learned in a single day”. On a more general overview, from the nearly 100 participants from across the world who participated:
– 65% expect to save 1–5 hours per week from what they learned
– 45% found it very useful for daily work
– 94% said they’d join again
